Terms
These are a starting point, not legal advice. You are the board operator and these terms describe what you are offering. Read them, change them to match what you actually do, and take advice if your jurisdiction requires it.
What is being sold
A position on a public list, for as long as the listing stands. Nothing else. In particular, no traffic, no placement duration, and no outcome is promised.
When a listing has a category, the purchase also places it in that category's rank order. The same cumulative bid total controls the category and full-board positions.
The operator can close a category. In that case, the operator moves its listings to another open category. The full-board total stays unchanged.
Live rank quotes
The bid form can show current category and full-board leader targets. These values are estimates from settled bids. They do not reserve a position.
Another settled payment can change a target before your payment completes. The server checks the submitted total and category before it starts checkout.
The board operator's rights
The operator may hide, refuse or remove any listing, with or without a reason, including after payment. The rules page describes what is normally refused; that list is not exhaustive.
Your responsibilities
You warrant that you may lawfully promote the URL or profile you submit, and that its content is lawful where the board operates.
Availability
The board is provided as-is. There is no uptime commitment.
Changes
These terms may change. The version in force is the one published here.
